Ill take your beautiful dining room. Does the whole thing just pick up? Did you check to make sure that none of the walls are load baring; wouldnt want your house to fall down when the room is removed!
Also, do you think that if I plunk it down in my backyard that I will need a building permit? Can I put it on top of my garage like a treefort?

as mentioned, I need email addresses for pictures.
I will send the pic of the sofa but a friend might be taking the sofas with the coffee tables so I will need to confirm that.

the walls are not load bearing. I may be selling my family room as well if you are interested.
You guys know what I meant, the dining room table with 6 chairs. It is really quite nice.
