You don't need to bring a helmet. They have plenty and most people use the ones they have there.

If you happen to have one, then you'd probably be more comfortable wearing your own.

i might have confused yaw.... heheh

they have showering cap for you to put on before putting on their helmet... so it's not yucky at all... hehhe...
