Default Good Body Shops

Hello Everyone,

Just a quick question, i was wondering if anyone knows of any good body shops in the Hamilton,Burlington,Oakville and surrounding areas? I was wondering because I would like to get my Front bumper and lip painted ( factory color ) but i don't know of any. The recommend shops that are on this forum are all in the Toronto Area which is a bit far for me. Any ideas? also if i would probably end up going to this shop for a few things after the bumper and lip. I would like to get the car repainted in a few years. That being said, anyone have an idea of how much a new paint job would cost? everything but the engine bay.

Thank you!

A good paint job would be around $3000 without the engine bay/door jams.

If a shop said less I'd be concerned.

As mentioned above, starting at $3000 for a respray.
Does not include fixing any major rust issues.
Does not include engine bay
Color flips start off at 5K again without engine bay.
Most likely just shave off as much of the rust as possible. Cutting metal will add to the cost

I had my old prelude redone (I was restoring it), it cost me $2500 cash and they did a decent job. Removed all panels and glass. Went from pearl to champ white, no engine bay. Prep looked great but at the end of the day there was some pitting in the paint here and there. Unless you pay big bucks for perfection, its never as good as original. I would try and keep as much OEM paint on as possible.
