Well equal drivers in each car, the AP2 has been proven to be faster. It lost 1000 rpms and its just a normally aspirated lump?

I was in Thornhill. I was parked right behind him with the top down at the lights. There is no way he did not notice me (unless he was blind ) He choice to mind his own business which I respect but just a little surprised. I always tell me friends Toronto is a snobby city. People are too clingy, go out as a group, stick together as a group. There is no room to meet new friends and don't want you to meet my friends attitude...

Having lived in Texas, people are much friendlier, no skin off their backs if they let you meet their friends....I just hope the S2K GTA community is a little more open minded.

P.S. maybe it's because everyone is packing heat in Texas, you have to be friendly!

put better gearing on the ap1 or maybe even ap2 gearing, then line em up.

Having owned the AP1 and now the AP2 (less than 2 weeks), I must admit the AP1 is more fun to drive, the power surge from 6-9k seems to last forever compared to the AP2. I am having a tough time adjusting as I constantly hit the limiter (thinking I have more to go) before shifting. This is something I need to get accustomed to. On the other hand, the torque on the AP2 is stronger below 6k. This is most noticeable on the highway in 6th gear, where on the AP1, I would drop to third to pass, now I simply leave it in 6th gear. You may argue, it's more fun to shift...

I will take your word for it the AP2 is a faster car but my butt dyno tells me otherwise...

On the track is another story, with the AP1, I would try as much as possible to be above 6K, if I dropped below, it was very obvious....it becomes a real disadvantage. I have not driven the AP2 on the track yet but in time...

anyways.. go to Montreal and ask them if they're snotty... im pretty sure they're proud of it
