That bracket is what keeps you connected to the car incase of a roll over.
I wouldn't cut corners to get that to fit right, infact take it to a fabricator and get it fixed up.

iDomN8U, I couldn't agree more. I wouldn't want to compromise my passenger's safety.
cthree, so you have a passenger side bracket lying around?

I was wondering if there is anyone who has removed their passenger seat or will in the future? I wanna prove to JRP that it's not my car and that the bracket is made incorrectly. I just need to place the bracket on the floor and snap a few pics like the ones i took.
Thanks

LOL, you think that your s2000 seat bolt locations are different than any other s2k? Sparco obviously screwed up, jrp shouldn't need proof.
The vendor who I bought it from asked for my VIN so I provided them with it. Not sure what they'll do with it.
So for those who are looking into Sparco and was thinking that it's an easy plug and play, perhaps have your vendor install them.

well, speedstar told me they can install my new bucket and i thought that'd be a waste of my money since its 'just a bucket'.
now maybe its more like a 'bucket of trouble'.
we'll see on friday!
is anyone running sprint 5's in their car?

I just got my passenger bracket back from JRP (after nearly 4 months) which they refused to admit there's something wrong. I will probably get a friend to reweld the front left feet to align it properly.
so much for plug and play...
