s2kinfinite: Action Honda is pretty good, my family's 2 previous Hondas were purchased and serviced there; mind you they never had to deal with any recalls or TSBs; but all the big services were taken care of without a hitch.

Did I mention that my oil change was treated like a Civic's when I was at North Markham Honda? 5Qt was used instead of 6.
North Markham Honda, you are my best friend!

as for the suggestions I say go to speedstar to get and opinion and if it somthing that is covered by warrenty then go to honda and be persistant, do not let them boss ya around . if it turns out not then speedstar is your best bet, william will take care of ya. he will tell you the absolute truth whats wrong and steer you in the right direction.
Good luck !!!!!
