Haha, Free trade my ass!! Ya I know, nothing to do with it, but...
The only way, unless you have nafta agrements thru a company that I know of is to have the product labled as a gift, and a declared value of less then $30, or so. Not leagal, but short of that, I don't know.

Rico Suave is right
You need to go that route, or it has to be actually made in the good old US of A, or you'll end up being spanked accordingly by the border facists.
I order from Canada if its at all possible, if its not then I try to make "arrangements"

Holy crap now I wanna go for a drive to buy some parts. I just got off the phone with Tim at Hondacuraworld in West Seneca NY and he's crazy on what he charges for stuff.
I just wanted to get the damn cargo net bolts as I have one that broke, and he's actually got the whole kit for $27usd instead of $130 CDN...geez are we taking it up the rear for parts.

First off, you should have ordered a PRM intake (Canadian, baby!).
www.prmracing.com
Call the # and ask for Gerry. Tell him Rahul told you to call.
Now, since you already ordered (?) and wanna save on duty - all you do is get the shipper to label CLEARLY on the ADDRESS label "WARRANTY REPLACEMENT".
You do not have to pay duty on warranty replacement items shipped from the US.
Peace.
