Default I Hate The Rain

I got home from my cottage in Parry Sound today, and so I put my car in the driveway top down. Looks fairly sunny. I go into the shower, and when I get out I hear something on the window. I look, and its POURING rain. I jump into a sweater and run outside to get the top up. I then get back in, put proper clothes on and bring a towel out to dry the inside. It was a giant puddle on the inside !

Now it doesnt look very clean any more... Anyone have a good, cheap way of cleaning the interior to make it sparkle again? Any recommendations?

pull seats out and shampoo the carpets, but if u have the patience and time, remove the carpet completely and let it dry out.

When I leave my cars top down, it fogs up the windows. I definitely want to get this car apart and dried. This really sucks... It smells like rain inside my car.

your top was down in that rain today?
you better take the interior apart or your sh*ts going to rust.
that was a lot of rain in a very short period of time.

you should get an alarm that has a feature to put the roof up with the push of a button...

from inside...

Im trying to take the seats out right now. I have NO idea how anybody can steal these seats. Mine are in there so tight, Im barely getting it off. Its hard because of the awkward position I have to put myself in really. Im starting to think Im using the wrong tool now... Gotta think like a thief

pulling the seats isn't supposed to be too hard, the bolts aren't torued on there very tight, as long as you have the right sized socket and a decent sized ratchet they should come out easily. Put a bit of antisieze on the bolts upon reinstall.

Use a wet vac or get a carpet cleaning machine to suck out any moisture. Deodourize it if possible with Febreeze or some type of carpet deodourizer.

Thanks for the re=install tip! Also, the reason it was so hard is because I was using a wrench .

The passenger side is harder, I have no idea how to get to the bolts on the front. I gotta actually look at the DIY now, I been going all on the fly until now. Its like when you open a new electronic toy, and you just start using it without reading the manual. Who does that too?
