I just bought this S for 23999 from asking price of 28999.
Everything is mint and only 62000 km.
Some weird rattling noise during warm up for like 5 sec.
not sure what it is. i took it in for a check up but it refused to rattle.
I just want to get everything fixed and store it for the winter.
seems like its never been winter driven and i want to keep it that way.
first thing to go will be the front lips!
oh and the rear plastic glass is like shit.
Previous owner didn't take care of it at all.
Could you guys recommend a good place to get a replacement.
I'm also looking for a good mech, any suggestions?

you may want to start with a top notch plastic glass cleaner like novus or plexus , then see if it needs replacement.
the preferred mechanical shops on this board are speedstar, pecaso, castle honda and richmond hill honda and of course our partners down south from Ohio of whom I dunno if they are still conducting bizness, but post and find out

Good god - cant even give S2000s away these days! No wonder you still have yours Nimesh. I should have sold 10 S2000s short two years ago!
Id buy one and turn it into a track monster if I had the room. What would it cost? $30K all in for a SC'd prepared track S2000?
What an awesome deal.

Im not worried about paying the extra $2000.
I looked at other S's that were 01, 02, 03.
They had extensive amount of paint chips and
a shit load of mud under.
This was the only S that me and my buddy felt
that it wasnt driven in the winter or wet weather.
Besides i was getting $2000 wheel set with brand new rubber on it.
The only thing thats bothering me is what i think is the clutch buzz.
could one of you guys help me out with finding out if this is what they
call the clutch buzz?
