205/245 = 208/255
hence, either a 205 or 215........i already HAVE 225/255, and want to improve on the balance.....

I'm in desparate need of some new rears. I could buy a whole new set, but then that pretty much scraps the fronts which still have plenty of life left. What to do...
Can you actually get the regular S-02 Pole Positions anymore or have they been totally wiped out by the S-03. Meaning I have to buy the pathetically expensive shaved OEM's to maintain the use of my healthy fronts?

Oh BTW, I've yet to hear a drooling review over the 712's. Theyr'e a nice cheap tire. But I think it comes down to getting what you paid for.
I would consider them only because I just don't put that many clicks on the car to begin with and if I have to buy a new set, might as well buy a cheap new set. I'd rather save the difference for another set of R's.
Falcons are suppoed to be pretty good. There's one that's considered an SCCA cheater tire. 180 wear rating. Lots of people are using them in steet tire classes but they're such a soft and grippy tire that SCCA is thinking about banning them in those classes. Probably the same price as the Kumhos, probably only last half the time, but the grip difference should be highly noticable.

Taylor, great question about the future of the S-02s. I have asked this a variety of times because I was curious if the MY 2003 was going to come with other tires. So far everything I have read and been told is that the S2000 will continue on the S-02s because Bridgestone will not stop making them for our car. I even had someone tell me that because Bridgestone worked with Honda to design the tires in conjunction with the car, that they would have to make them for a period of 10 years. I have no idea if that is true but it did settle into my brain as something to remember.
I will PM Airgate and see if I can get his reaction, he has had them for most likely more than a month.

Got the Kuhmos installed today. Didn't get much dry roads to give it they full go but got to test it out in the rain. They are not too bad, however I noticed they got better as they warmed up. Initially, they slipped on 1st and 2nd, but later on they were great. I will post a full review when we get some dry weather. All this rain is getting very annoying, hope it stops soon.
