Legality of Marlboro logo on cars
Hi everyone
I'm currently looking to do a marlboro livery on my s2000, my only concern right now is if the Marlboro decals on the side of the door is legal or not, since I know cigarette advertising is illegal in Canada, but I'm not sure if this counts as advertisement.
If anyone can chime in and give me some info that'd be greatly appreciated

i'll bet if you put "555" on your subaru, no one would be the wiser. brand recognition might raise some eyebrows with Marlboro. Are the vintage F1 guys allowed to run sponsorship livery from the day, even though it would be commercially illegal now?

I know Gil with the 5 series has had his Canadian Club livery on for a season now, doesn't seem to have caused him much trouble. Maybe you could message that guy with the e39 wagon and the Marlboro livery if he had any problems? I think it's rat4life" on instagram

LOL thanks for the response guys, I'm probably gonna use the Marlboro font but with a different word (kinda like how the Porsche in LA did the spoon livery with crooks and castle instead) just to not cause myself unnecessary trouble.
