I'm considering retracting my statement about Bk. The paint work is amazing, but now it seems like anytime I go to him he does the work to how he thinks it's supposed to be instead of using a quick google search or listening to what I say in the first place. Like I said, the paint itself is immaculate, but I'm tired of hearing "sorry I was too busy and forgot you said that". Bottom line is I'll be looking for another paint shop next time I need work done and I'll be looking at this thread for suggestions

How much did you pay for the bumper?

Cheap work isn't good, good work isn't cheap.

Personally, I would not spend less than $600 on a bumper finish. My body guy is doing something different now, but he still moonlights. LMK if you want his info.

The latest bumper job was an insurance job. He could have charged whatever he wanted I assume. And he still painted it wrong. Lol. I'll keep you in mind next time I'm looking for body work. Thanks!

So having the car ready for this took a lot longer than expected, but I'm still looking for any recommendations!

I personally plan on going with European Autobody or Luxury Auto Body when it's time to fix my front-end paint.
Heard nothing but amazing things about both shops + Wes from Orion Detailing personally told me the paint they use is really good at Luxury.

Not a mechanic or body shop but if you have large packages coming from the US, I'd recommend looking into using Cross Border Pickups. Easy site to use and their services are cheap. I just had a hood sent to them in the US from Amazon with free shipping and they brought it over for me to pickup in Mississauga for about $12. You couldn't get a hood shipped across the street here for $12. In fact they brought over a hood, 4 wheels, and four other smaller boxes for $85 total. They don't charge you for brokerage and you just pay the taxes charged on the packages. If there's no invoice in the package they follow up with you to give them the value to declare for the package

Great service. Highly recommend if you're in the GTA and can easily get to Dixie and the 401 to pick stuff up. Can't remember who mentioned them but thanks!

All this was $85 to bring across the border:

Orr you know just live in the US

That's super cheap though. Good to know for some potential future purchases

Nah, then you'd have either Trump or Hillary to deal with over the next 4 years

They make Justin look like his father instead of the entitled son.
