On July 4th, the Motorsport Club of Ottawa is holding a lapping day (with instruction) at Shannonville.

I used to be a member of this club and each and every event it holds is top notch. I have signed up.

The organizer is reviewing the rules regarding roll-over protection for their events. As of right now, it APPEARS that a hardtop may be help with elligeability, but also at this time it is not clear if a S2000 without a hardtop or modified roll bar protection will be allowed. He will know more early next week.

Sign up NOW, find out later! The deadline for a cheap non-member rate is the 10th. After that it goes up from $150 to $200 (I think).

I don't know. If it is preceding the regional race wknd, expect to see some race cars in the field. Sometimes, it can be intimidating...

I may show up with my civic.
