Music Recomendation Req.
Okay, so we're down to the wire with wedding plans.
The latest stumbling block is the music for the parent/in-law dance. I dumped a bunch of slow songs on the ipod but none of them were really ideal. So Julianne actually suggested I post it here.
We're good with the first dance, but the parent dance is a bit tricky because most slow song are about couples in love and not really appropriate for a child/parent dance. (at least in either of our families)
Only two potentials right now are :
Bryan Adam's - Every thing I do. (really would like to break the association with Robin Hood and Kevin Costner though)
Five for fighting - 100 years (not terrible but not great either)
Elton John - Tiny Dancer (pretty damn long at over 6min...-i guess that rules out November Rain too
)
So speak up and lets hear your thoughts. (not to stifle your creativity, but lets say no NIN or 2 Live Crew)

Go with Tiny Dancer, people like to change the words to "Hold me closer Tony Danza" and its fun for everyone.
Its a long song, so they will get tired and possibly fall asleep.
