Nice looking place! I passed the link along to a friend of a co-worker who's looking to buy a condo somewhere in Toronto. Apparently your place is a lot bigger at a better price than the one he's looking at right now

fronts are +50, rears are +58 but have been milled down (probably closer to +62) so no fittment issues, even lowered.

How'd things go with your car?
My car is ok, mainly cosmetic damage. Will come back to live next spring. But I am interested at your wheels for my G35.

$466 is only a little higher than utility bills I pay for a small house.

Aren't condo fees in addition to utilities?

If utilities are included, then that's not so bad really.
