Right along the Danforth. Have a house lined up just need the mortgage broker to call me back Monday, and it will be all ready to transfer to my name in the fall
I have a couple of solid mortgage brokers if yours doesn't get you a great rate. 2.38% on an income property and she mentioned somewhere like 1.99% for a primary home.
Ok awesome thanks! I'm using my current mortgage broker, so it's easier to transfer it from my family's name into mine.

Is there anyone out there that knows anything about making more driveway on a property? Or how it works if I were wanting to cut down a tree? I think there are certain rules I have to follow, especially being so close to downtown Toronto, but unsure completely.

I live in Etobicoke, have to say it isn't easy cutting down a tree in Toronto. If the trunk diameter is more than 12 inches at about 44" above ground level, and it is a healthy tree, get ready to pay out $$. I needed a tree removed from my backyard, I think the permit was $400 and I had to replace it with 2 trees at my cost, plus the cost of having the tree removed, oh, almost forgot, had to get an arborist's report as well. Much of this info is on the Toronto website. Do not tell them it is due to widening the driveway. Good luck.

For the guys running 255 square, what camber specs are you running? Everyone I talk to gives me a different answer on what's too much or too little. From what I understand our cars love negative camber and rs3s need camber as well.

wow. the bureaucracy you guys deal with. I'd just start cutting and ask for forgiveness later.

"But i didn't see a sign that I couldn't cut it down."

"sir, this is a park. You can't cut down trees in a park."

"oh."

Keep in mind if you put on too much front camber you're going to lose braking ability as well. Psychoazn in the racing forum always said -3.3 was the highest he would go on his cars, he was one of the faster drivers in California.

Careful though. Most of the time, the meal isn't *that* much cheaper but you get way less selection and the kitchen/wait staff are super surly bc they're making/serving the same thing all day AND rarely does it ever showcase what the place is capable of. Most of these restos also have weekday specials you should checkwhere you'll get access to the whole menu. Occasionally, if you want to check out a really fancy place for the ambiance, then it might be worth it (e.g., Canoe), but otherwise, I try to stay away. Same for winterlicious.

Just as an FYI, restos have to PAY to officially be on the -licious ads. Many restos have similar specials during that same week that were too cheap to pay the entry fee but they usually offer really good deals!
