meh, i'm not really impressed by that. anyone with money can go out and buy a bunch of bling... i'd rather build a car from nothing. i guess that is the blue collar in me talking though.

hahah his last post is...

Hi, my name is Sam. I am not the owner of the 'The Dirty Dozen'. We are friends and partners. The car's owner will remain nameless as per his request.

The pictures were taken by me with the owners permission and help. He has watched this post from the start. Many of the answer provided are actual opinions and thoughts of the owner. Mine are mixed in as I have driven the cars.

In regards to accepting compliments, we are working together so it is acceptable. Example, if you work for XYZ company and someone pays the company a compliment, it is customary to accept on the companies behalf as a representative.

We work on the cars together, I am pictured in the Carrera GT straight pipe install.

This thread along with others was created to present the cars and have some fun just for show as this is a car forum.

As for the sponsorship, we just moved into a new shop location and are not completely set up and were waiting to sponsor the forum once completed. But along the way, we decided to sponsor the forum as now would be no better time. It was not planned from the beginning.

Once the sponsorship was in place, we were going to disclose the difference between us.

I had breakfast with one of the moderators on Saturday which we discussed sponsorship and he would get me in touch with the proper people on Tuesday. I thought things would roll along faster with regards to the sponsorship.

cause by the end of the thread they started calling BS
