this is the second time this month!!!

speed trap in my area going 79 in a 40... cop came back to the car said he reduced it to 20 over, but i looked at the ticket it said 70 in a 40... but the fine was $100, does that sound right???

Hmm.. double the posted limit in a 40 zone? Speeding on a hwy is one thing but on residential streets..
