If your looking for what you will pay taxes on at the Ministry you want red book not black book.

Damn, that's a lot of depreciation for a 2005 S2k and it just got into 2006. So that's 49,900 - 35,600 = $14,300 or almost 30% lost as soon as you drive it off the parking lot.

Buy the UVIP from MTO. It's only $20 and will give you the exact bracket your car will fall into. Unless you have an appraisal which then trumps the bracket value.
