Call the guy and see if its a mis print. I have the press kit for the 2001 Spa Yellow and it says it only sold with hardtop (optional on other colours)
And considering ALL the spa yellow Canadians SEEM to have the HT..I'd say it was a good bet heh

Too funny...
I can't believe you could not get a Spa in Canada without the hardtop, very interesting. My Spa is due in April, and I did order the US optional hardtop, mainly as added safety at driving schools. But trust me, when I'm up there for the Salamander, my hardtop will be in the garage not on the car!

That'll be the only reason I can think of why he wouldn't be selling the hardtop with it OR
This person has recently moved up from the states and its a US spec SPA....that could be it too...not likely I'm grabbin at straws here people.
