question re: car license plate renwal
hey was wondering if i could get some feedback regarding this, since it's my first time
my car's plates expire this december and to renew it, i also need to do an e-test
my car has been in storage since 2 weeks ago and i'm too lazy to take it out for an e-test. was wondering: 1) if it was mandatory for me to get it renewed before the deadline or 2) if i can store it till march, get a temp. 10 day permit and then do my e-test and renew. under situation 2), i'm curious if when i renew my license plate, will the expiry date be backtracked to 2 years my original december expiry date?! or will it be 2 years from the day it gets renewed in march.
thanks in advanced!

I don't have a definitive answer for you but this happened to my wife recently.
Yes, you can do option 2 (do a temp permit, do e-test and renew). When she did that, the plate stickers were backtracked one month (time of expiry). So I assume it get's backtracked and I believe they use your b-day at the deadline anyway.

2) don't really understand what you mean. but if you're storing the S2 already, you might as well keep it in storage till next spring then take it for an e-test + renew plates.
but damn, 2 weeks into storage already? im still riding top down
