Recommended shops for s2000 engine work and supercharger?
Hey guys my s2000 was running really bad at the end of last summer. Misfire on all cylinders, burning oil, etc, I really need someone or a reputable shop that knows the S inside out who I can trust to diagnose the problem and get the car back in tip top shape.
Also, once I can get that going I want to install a supercharger, so if it was someone or someplace that could do it all, even better.
I searched for recommended shops but last post seems to be from 08 so I want to see if there's any new shops to consider as well.
Thanks, I really want to do this asap so the car can be ready for spring.

Check the stickied thread at the top for a few recommendations. While I'm a fan of Speedstar myself, it's always worth doing your own due diligence.

But this year will be a low key travel year

I'm always a fan of APH (Advance Power House) for any work like this. They can do the tuning on your car as well. I believe I posted about it in the recommended shops thread.

APH is very good.. Brian knows s2000's inside and out. He is very meticulous and takes a lot of care with his work. The shop looks a little bit on the rugged side, but don't let that deter you.
I can also vouch for Speedstar. They've done a lot of extensive work on my car, and the quality has been top notch. They built me a diff with an LSD and gears. It turned out as good or better than oem.
Both are different, but both are reputable. Go with your gut. Can't go wrong either one.
