Richmond Hill Honda
A couple days ago I took my car to Richmond Hill Honda do get an oil change and report a couple of problems im having with the car. (My soft top doesnt close all the way. Sometimes stick up more than a foot. The seal around my window lets to much water in. Even if it rains I get puddles on my seat. Smells like gas in my car when I drive and idle)
I come back 3 hours later and they tell me that my car is fine. There is no exhaust leak (i thought from the smell) they say and I quote "Window seal condition normal for soft top.)
Now.....the big problem. Im driving home on the 401W from a buddies house and all of a sudden smoke starts pouring from under my hood and smoke comming through the vents. I obviously pull over and pop the hood. What do I see?.......
OIL
The smart people at Honda decided not put my oil cap back on. Im waiting for my tow truck now to go to Honda and riase hell.....i wanna kill them.

Damn that really sucks dude. Sorry to hear it was Richmond Hill that messed up - I've had nothing but good experiences dealing with them so far (knock on wood)...

complete and utter morons
get them do fully compensate you. milk them they know they fukked up
full detail of the engine bay and car.
tell them to FIX the window problem. water in the car is not F*****g normal
the gas smell, not sure if its not an exhaust leak
AND tell them you want a discount on 04 parts if there is anything you want
