would love a house with a "shop" and a garage. Shop could even be detached from the house and have a lift and what not.

The day I finally buy a real house, I best have a big ass garage.

Garage, then kitchen, then everything else.

First time I've washed my car since the 407 incident. Silver lets you get away with being a lazy ass.

Man I miss my Sebring for that. Car looked great covered in muck

The Imola needs a wash every week

Especially with all the flames coming out the back

I'm ashamed to say that I go many months between washes, might only do a couple per season max. , Sebring silver is good for something.

That's my order too. I told my agent not to bother showing me anything that didn't have a two car garage. Unfortunately, in Toronto proper it's actually not that common.

Scrapped the nuts and bolts which is an idiotic design given that you can't put a wrench on the bolt and installed some 1/4 turn fasteners that I had laying around from my bike racing days.

I'm in search for a 2 garage freehold house in Markham/Richmond Hill that is less than 2000 sq feet (just my wife and I + a puppy). They are not entirely rare, but they are usually bungalows that sells for at least 1.5 mil
