that's the problem w/ the runoffs into the grass, the areas are often way too bumpy - if you don't keep your wheel straight, you'll most likely flip or break something from underneath the car.
The SRT-4 never left the track. He flipped it on the track.

He walked out ok.

I knew American cars can't corner...

Seriously, thats the worst incident I've seen from the Saab school so far. And I'm guessing he was in the beginer group too.

Anyone know who his instructor was ????? (Mike, did you volunteer?)

^ if Mike was his instructor the guy would have pulled into the pits safely with a smoke dangling from his mouth and been able to name at least 3 species of bird flying over the track

Agreed, i love driving and racing in the rain. What an awesome challenge!
I can't even imagine what it's like wheel-to-wheel racing in that stuff...developed an even bigger appreciation for real racers. At first I was disappointed about the rain, but now I'm glad I got to do a wet day this early in my learning experience. I learned a shitload towards becoming a smoother driver.

Cory - You need more than the hat to beat the power of the MINI.

I can't get the visuals out of my head, seeing Jay watch Marta driving around at high speed and then the spin...magic.

He's never looked so scared in his life.

Then he yells out "NOT MY CAR", I say "What about Marta" he said "Oh yeah Marta too!"
