I guess since I am indirectly involved I will give my take.

First, products sell themselves. People will choose what they like best. Zaino is not the only premium product out there and neither is Klasse, Poorboys, and Wolfgang etc. The thought of someone getting upset over car polish is sad. People should have a choice. Simon
