Huh? The 04's are not only better for all around driving, they are faster than the 00-03's! Its a well known fact that the 04's have about 10-15 more whp. I think the 04's would be faster on a track aswell with more useable toque...
This is all speculitory. Yes, there have been '04's that have dynoed with more HP then '03's, but if you look around you'll see there are just as many that dynoed the same.

As for the '04's being faster, that too hasn't been proved concretely. Some have been, some haven't.

As for being faster on the track, I'm sure you'd agree, that depends entirely on the track...

I like my 9krpm redline tho. Not digging the crappy stereo and speakers tho. I've always wanted white too...

Sure, if you call 8 ft/lbs more torque...

Tell your Dad, he needs to shift more ....

Nah.. i respect his opinion. For all I know he probably wouldn't like the 2k4 model. He's just saying it based on the #s.

We all have different tastes.

Again...8 ft/lbs is not much...what Honda should have done was kept the 9K engine and offer a final drive change....oh wait...

If you can corner properly, you can keep the revs up enough so you don't need that extra 8 fl-lbs. of torque to compensate.

Besides, if I wanted hella torque, I'd consider a dumbestic - stomp and go!
