No, but you need to partial dismantle the interior liner to get at the nuts that hold the light assemblies in.

The rezone I am asking for that is:
Parkway Honda they replace my tail light's today.I pick the car at 12am,on the way to home I realize my left turn signal working to fast.I stop to check it and
ges what my back left signal and headlight is not working, also I see big gap between
the light and the bumper.I call Parkway I told them about this thinks and gaes what
they told me to drive the car back.I drive back again. The tecnician found both of the bulbs burn out.The replace the one for the light's and for the signal they didn't
have on stock, can you belive that, they have to order it because they don't stock bulbs.About the space between the light and the bumper they told me to visit the body shop. That is the rezone for my first question above.
I have to look for another dealer. That is insane I have to wait for the bulb two or three days is not only that I have to drive there to get it.
Can you let me now any good dealers for service my car.
