My wife and I have been to the Bahamas twice, stayed once at Sandals and the second time at I can't remember where, personally I don't think I would go there again - not a lot to do other than gamble and when your are out of $$$ - just lying on the beach gets boring imho - although the snorkeling is great.

How about the Mayan Riviera?

Lots to do and see. My wife and I spent 2 weeks down there and had a great time. Great beaches, lots of Mayan Ruins to explore...I will never forget the view at Tulum :

You guys realise that Turks and Cacos have approached us twice so far to become the eleventh Canadian province, right? All we had to do was assume their debtload (minimal for Canada). No really good explanation was given why we declined the offer, but the PM said something about the small islands being swarmed with Canadians in the winter. . .

My friend and I may start an online petition to open the issue again. . .

 

Glad you mentioned the T & C's...I went there on my honeymoon. Just an awsome place, pretty quiet as its not the most inhabited place. Lots of German tourists...and well you know how they are...NAKED all the time hehe. Was a great time. I had no idea they wanted to be a province

I'll move there. Atleast I'd feel justified in the taxes I have to pay heh
