How many KM James? You should probably get it done.

Unadjusted valves changes everything.

40k now
Doesn't feel slower than 27k though, but I guess I could have gotten use to it.

Oh I forgot to mention, they painted the black piece on the back bumper yellow. Looked very weird.

Did you get a good look at what was involved with an adjustment at FC, Jay? (I forget. I was half asleep!) It really doesn't look that complicated...

Problem is right here...the MX does NOT come in the right size for the S2000.

yup, 99% possibility it's my car. if you read my post after the engine replacement i said it was significantly better and more responsive? i don't remember that post. also, the clutch grip is better because i had a new oem friction disc installed while i was at it, might as well right?

anyhow, it wasn't the tires. i've driven about 13000km on those tires so i adjusted to the added oversteer it gave the car. on that day it was sunny, hot, clear... OPTIMAL conditions. i was simply driving too close to my own limit in a place i wasn't familiar with. driver error. that was what caused the accident.

Man this car could be a nice track car for $20,000k or maybe even less.... The engine was just so powerfull (or maybe it's just running really really rich or something).
i think 20000 is too much for that car because you'll be spending wads down the road fixing something you can't fix. i mean, it was in pretty bad shape. the frame was bent pretty badly. the passenger side floor was dented upwards because i must've gone over a rock or some hard object in the ditch.

imo, to use it as either a daily driver or track car might not be the best idea because of the damage, mostly in the frame. as a daily driver it'll get worse over time and as a track car it just gets accelerated. you know, a paper clip is never as strong if you bend it back into shape.
