Default Traffic Tickets

I am about a year away from a completely clean record, and I just got another one less than a month ago. I've dealt with X Copper, STOPP and Benny Zappia from We Win Or Its Free [but his prices are too much; $700 for a withdrawal -__- ] so I'm wondering who you've all dealt with, I have about a week remaining to file the ticket, I'm looking for a dismissal of course.

Any recommendations and prices?

Thanks!

p.s. I've already heard good things about Traffic Hawk if anyone here has dealt with them.

Did he/she reduce it?

If not, you can opt for that new option and fight it, otherwise it's going to be difficult. Above 16 km you lose points iirc.

try and stretch the conviction date to happen when you have a clean record. If you send back ticket saying you are fighting it, you just need to keep delaying the court hearings. So, make it through the next year, get your perfect driving record, renew with your insurance for a year or as long as you can, and hope you don't get convicted until after you renew insurance. I've done this before but it was only about 7 months away. Not sure if you could stretch 1 year, but courts are probably busier where you live.

points doesn't mean shit. make sure you don't settle when they try to bargain with you and say "ill drop it to 15 over and no points if you plead guilty".. it will still go on your record and it will still affect your insurance. do NOT plead guilty to this!

Be a MAN/ADULT and take responsibility for your actions or get mommy and daddy to pay for this, again, and learn from this. You must be a very rich person to be able to afford the consequences of speeding.

I wish I had your deep pockets.

Happy motoring!!!!!

^ wow haters really gonna hate eh..

To the OP:
- to request a court date
- once court date comes in the mail, right away go back and request "disclosure" which is a word for the evidence they have against you
- make sure to ask and SAVE a copy of the disclosure request form with their stamp on it dated that states that they got your request
- if disclosure comes in, hire a paralegal
- if no disclosure comes in, go to your court date, bring your copy of the disclosure request form and state that there is no evidence against you and that charge should be withdrawn. win.
