Default Very Stupid Mistake

So let me just get straight into what happened.
It was a nice day and i was going out for a drive. Get out of the parking space and didn't see the crub. So the rocker just slammed on the crub.
It was a good drive, til it wasn't anymore.
Anyone know where i can get this fixed? How much would it cost and how long does it take?

woah, small mistake but it makes a sizeable amount of damage. What makes it tricky is the dent occurs along a crease which takes a lot more time in prepping to rebuild that crease. I'd hazard a guess at least $1,000.00, Good luck with the repair process. Sorry to hear about this, at least it's not structural damage.

Sad man, I'd lose my mind! I'd just take it to a local reputable shop.

Maybe best to cut out the damage area and fabricate with new steel,
Honda make new full sills
PANEL, R. SIDE SILL (PFKL215723) $294

Oh good news, if Honda sells a part then it is replaceable, and maybe less expensive than trying to fix existing. Good find !

Shit sorry to hear about this. If this panel is not available through Honda I'd also consider custom hot rod shop that is seasoned in fabrication of complex body panels (someone like the "The Guild" in Bradford etc). What you don't want is a body guy using a piece of sheet metal, that he's bent over his work bench, welded on the car, and blended with a gallon of bondo. It may cost a bit more but you may have a better result.

I am betting a decent shop will just quote replacing the panel and painting. If the panel is still available, which it appears to be, that will be less work that trying to fix that one imo
