Just got them back today. Wheels look brand new, super pleased with the results. One wheel had a hairline fracture that was repaired and a slight bend straightened. I picked up new Volk decals from Japan to finish them off.

Wow, they look gorgeous. You did the right thing by painting rather than powder coat in my opinion. Perfect colour match. Let me know when you get tired of these

You should talk, it's you selling your wheels out from under me that forced me to go this route ;p

Yeah, I would never powdercoat rims, despite what people say. I want a perfect match to the body and I like the fact I can touch up scratches with my touch up pen lol.

Took my baby out of storage yesterday and threw the wheels on. Super pleased with the results but I flaked off some of the paint on one of the wheels when I was tapping the centre cap on with a rubber mallet. Good thing I have some touch up paint!
