to get your plastic top changed under warrenty to a glass top........ I have warrenty till 2007 and i noticed today while waxing my car... that some of the "foam" inserts are torn apart and thus water being able to seap through into the cabin.......

What is the correcting wording for me to approach the dealership, so that they will cover this defect under warrenty?

 

Uhhh.. you couldn't word it right. They would just replace the seals.

OR ultimately if you did get a new top it would just be an 00-01 since you need to change the whole structure to upgrade to the glass since it folds differently.

 

To get 100% coverage under warranty to cover a glass rear window from plastic. Will never happend,....your car has a rear plastic window, it gets a rear plastic window. Just the way Honda warranty works
