For AWD vehicles, if you bring it to a clear air facility that's not equipped w/ a 4 wheel dyno, they just do the idle test alone and I think that is sufficient.

This rule is implemented so 4/AWD owners are not bounded to go to only a few clean air test locations that are equipped w/ 4 wheel dynos and can choose a location that is convenient to them.

when i got mine done he did a test on another car and passed me cause my car was too low.
