So I bought the Z4 projector from him. Its awesome. Shortly after I bought it there was a bulb issue. Returned it on warranty 4 months ago. He sends it back, and after disappearing, he calls me about 6 weeks ago and says that he has my projector back all warrantied.

Great, it took way too long (12 weeks), but Im supose to pick it up on that weekend.

That day comes and I call him to make arrangements. He is out of town and he appologizes and says that he will drop it off to me downtown during the week.

He disappears again.

Now, 4 weeks later Im still trying to get him.

Ken - I need my projector back! Call me!

No - he isnt trying to scam me or anything - I just want to know how to reach him. I have his cell with 647 number, but Ive not been able to reach him on it for many weeks now.

I bought a Z4 projector off of Kenneth that was almost immediately defective. He took it back from me and said that he would have it replaced on warranty. That was about 6 months ago. About 2 months ago he told me the replacement had arrived and made arrangements for me to pick it up. He cancelled the day of but said that he would bring it to me a few days later. That was the last contact I had with Kenneth. Despite him logging on here, and numerous other places on the net, he is not picking up my calls. Not returing my emails. Not returning my PMs.

I know Kenneth from prior to my purchase, and almost immediate return of the projector, but with his avoidance of this issue Im starting to think that Im out the $1200 I paid him for a defective projector.
