Yeah, typically people don't go away for more than a month at a time without a return visit before heading out again, which is why I said I'd wait a month before taking things further. You've waited a hell of a lot longer than that.

First off, we dont know if its originally stolen.

It may not be.

Second, I dont care anymore. If I get it back and it turns out to be stolen, Im fine with giving it up again.

Im just pissed that my "friend" is ripping me off, so I'll try to put an end to it regardless of whether or not I get the stuff back.

Don't you guys have a law against receiving stolen property? we do and it doesnt matter if you knew it was or not. Might be shooting yourself in the foot here.JMO
