Anyone plans on going away?

I'm thinking of taking my lady to Hawaii as a late christmas present. Anyone been? Good idea/bad idea?

I just got back from the Mayan Riviera. Stayed at the Bahia Principe and highly recommend the place. Had a blast.

I went to the same resort in May! Awesome place to go and I had a great time. Wish I can get away from here sometime soon again.

Heard a lot of things were wrecked during the hurricane, did they fix them already when you were there?
