After a week of researching, a canadian 2003 with around 50-70k km is priced around $18000 (pristine condition). The issue is buyer are asking high at times like now. I personally had to take a big hit selling my car a week ago.
With the strong cad $, perhaps heading to the states may be my opportunity.

You will save money if you go to the US, but take your time, gas, exchange, taxes and the rest of the variables and you won't be up by much.
