Think you could do a brushed black/gunmetal finish like the TWM ones?
I'm not sure at the moment. I had one finish done to them but it wore off so don't want to offer that obviously. Being stainless steel it is harder to color the surface without a real coating. I hope to though once I can figure something out a permanent solution.

Any updates on the engraving? If it meets your expectations, about how much extra will it cost? I know it is still probably to early to tell.

Not yet. I sent it out Friday or Saturday I can't remember so should be there today or tomorrow. I had to ship it from East Coast to the West Coast.
As for price I do not know yet. I am thinking it will be around $20 but not sure. Costs more since I need to ship it to and from the west coast and depends on what sort of a price break they will give me to do multiple shift knobs.
For just 1 knob they said they normally charge $25 a piece so if that is the case I will need to find another source, if they can give me a big price break since I will be doing a bunch of them it could work out to be a much better price.

Just got my engraved sample back!!
It looks very nice imo!
It is not a very deep engraving but looks very nice and stands out.
I think I would only offer this on a brushed finish as I do not know how it would look for a powder coated one. I can try that out as well.
I am running out the door now but I will upload a picture later on.
I just got it on my car and I am thrilled with it!!

Couple quick pictures. I plan to do a photo shoot with a quality camera shortly for all my parts but in the meantime this is all I can get.

Well, if the price is reasonable, I will def be buying an engraved shift knob. Looks great! About how deep is the engraving? I was thinking about painting the engraving red.

It is not very deep at all. Can feel it but don't really get your nail stuck on the edge. I would think it could still be painted and then just wiped off everywhere else but not 100% on it yet. I am hoping they can do them slightly deeper but I will see. Looks good either way but a little deeper couldn't hurt.
