So, how did you guys install it? anyone do it without cutting/trimming? For those of you who did cut/trim, where exactly did you do said cutting/trimming?

And the carbon weave is all uneven on one side... And the shape of this thing is all warped. Sure seems like I got sent a second/blem piece here. I'm really disappointed. I was really looking forward to this piece.
