I'm 5'10, 175lb, 34" (sometimes 35") waist. Which seats fit best? Equally important which lowers the most and won't rub in the interior? I need to pass the broomstick test but I'm about 2-3" shy of that happening.

the type 5 would be the best but the typ 3,4,5 fits up to a 34 waist
are you sure you're a 35

the type 1,2 fit up to a 40 waist
the type r1 fits up to a 38 waist

i thought type 2 doesn't fit in s2000?

the r1 sits 1.5 inches lower than the stock seat.
