Got mine! A little tricky to get it lined up right (partly because I wasn't paying attention to the my adjustments at first).

PERFECT size, perfect feel. Loving it!

Yeah I have been meaning to do a full write up on the install for the height adjustment but have been swamped. Hopefully I can get one together shortly for the future.

For those that aren't sure here is a quick explanation of how the height adjustment is done.

For the engraved to line it up right you put the two nuts on first. You adjust them up or down until you can screw the shift knob down nice and tight and have the shift pattern lined up. The two nuts have to be tightened together but twisting them in opposite directions. To hold it even tighter you put the lock washer on top of both nuts which really holds the shift knob on real tight at any height level.

Got mine today as well. Looks to be well worth the (long) wait.. Gorgeous knob and love the heft. You got lucky sixth.gear you got it on your first try. I tried to install it earlier w/ just one monkey wrench, and it didn't align right, and couldn't get the nuts locked together tight enough. I dug up a needle nose pliers as well now (it's all I have at my apartment for now), and might give it a shot again later. If not, I'll just have to wait till sat/sun and I can get at my tools..

Gorgeous knob for sure. Thanks Ryan!

I got mine yesterday and installed it within 5 minutes after UPS rang the door bell. Install was easy, feel is great, weight is great as well. I had a CR knob on prior and this one feels much better. Worth the wait for sure.

For the nuts I've never had an issue tightening them together. 2 crescent wrenches will get them to be super tight together. The lock washer on top really tightens the shift knob down as well.

Thanks for the write up man. I really appreciate it!

Glad you guys are enjoying them!

Hello,

I purchased the shift knob on wednesday and still have not received any notice as to whether the
package is shipped or not.

Also, shipping was 17 dollars...I assume that guarantees a rather expedited delivery.

Cheers.

I received mine yesterday. I received it within a few days of receiving my tracking number. The quality seems pretty exceptional. I haven't had the chance to install it yet but I can't wait to do so. I can already imagine the difference it will make and how much lower it will be. Great looking product so far! Moddiction..props for being a good seller and always keeping us up to date on the status. I will definitely look for more of your products in the near future.
