Has anyone tried heating the stainless knob to very high temps to give it the "rainbow" color?

Any thoughts, Moddiction?

I've tried torching them but do not have a big enough torch. It did change color a little bit to very slight blue color but seemed to not last and would kind of wipe away. I have seen others offered with that option. Have some color but no where near the color you get when burning titanium.

As for updates the balls are still be produced. That part should be finished this coming week and then I need to drill and machine them and then brushed finish can start shipping out. Coated and engraved ones will be an extra week or so.

So looks like there will be about another week for this pre-order sale. I should have the material end of this week it is looking like. Or beginning of next week the latest. So should start shipping out for Brushed finish next week it is looking like!
