your stock ecu is the base line air fuel ratio. using a neo/wideband you can rich/lean or add/subtract fuel tailored to whatever ratio you want. installing and not making any adjustments leaves your car's fuel at the preset oem stock level. i'd rather street tune myself then drop a load of cash for a dyno facility. the whole point for me to want a neo is that it's a cheap piggyback.

Yeah I've heard it's not safe to mess with this w/o a tune on the dyno so is it worth the install w/o dyno time will I notice anything?
