does this use factory screw points or do you need to drill extra holes in the bumper and underbody area?

This underpanel uses Factory Holes. Holes are already pre-drilled.
But the underpanel comes with after market bolts, so you won't have to buy anything extra. All Hardware is included.

What's wrong with the stock piece? And exactly how does this piece suck in cold air to cool the engine? And lastly, can I get PM for 85283? Thanks.

Wow, that's purdy! I was looking for a new underpanel, until I realized that my new front bumper has a built-in underpanel. Otherwise I'd be all over this.
