For those of us that have placed a deposit, when can we submit payment for the remaining amount?

We will collect the remaining balance when the seat rails are in and are ready to ship. We don't want to make it seem like we're taking money without giving customers their stuff first. We will let everyone who has placed a deposit know when the rails have arrived at the port and how we can take care of the balances.

Thanks for everyone's continued patience on this matter, I thought they would have been completed and landed by this time, so for that I apologize.

It looks like we are more than 1 month past when the shipment was estimated to arrive at the port. Any updated ETA? Hopefully in time for Christmas?

Sorry for the late reply and late arrival of the seat rails. They are currently on the container ship and scheduled to land on the 16th of December and hopefully will be released quickly from customs. We should be ready to have them shipped right before the Holidays and to you guys as soon as possible.

The seat rails have landed at the port of Long Beach and we are just waiting for their release from customs. We should be picking them up early next week and shipping either same day or the day after we get them into our warehouse.

We picked up the seat rails this morning at the port, we will be notifying everyone on the list and taking the remaining balance (if you put the 50% deposit, some of you paid in full) then shipping them out as early as tomorrow.
