I would like your recommendation as well. I finally killed my set of Carbotech AX6 pads. I was really impressed with their initial bite, pad wear, rotor friendliness and heat capacity on mountain drives, autox and my 1st HPDE event (wasn't as impressed with their performance on my second event). The dusting was excessive but manageable and the squeal was irritating but livable. I have progressed past the point of tracking on street brakes/tires.

I am currently looking for a street pad that is comparative to the ax6 with less squeal and less overall heat capacity. I am stuck between the W2 and W3. The ratings you have are good between different models, but doesn't help as far as cross shopping between manufacturers. Car is used for daily driving and spirited weekend mountain drives. It is on a nonstaggard 255 setup, so I fear the W2 may be overworked. W3 cold temp pad and rotor wear is pretty bad. I understand use/consumption is solely based on application. Would a set of W3 pads and new rotors last 30k miles? I got more than that out of the ax6 with centric premiums and very aggressive usage, so that is my benchmark now.

Can I please get a quote for a full set of W2,W3 and W5 shipped to 85331.
Thank you and sorry I typed so much.

Interested in the W5 as I'm looking for a new Pad after using the PMU HC+ for the last year. It seems the PMU rc09, endless ME20 and W5 are all similar level pads.
The car doesn't get driven on the street much (maybe weekend drive every month) and is primarily a track car.
I'm tossing up between going W5 all round or running W5 front and W3 in the rear as a few people have suggested I do.
Any feedback would be great!
