OK just got confirmation from shay that we are approved for our usual deal for the rv. PLUS I am negotiating for our very own porta-potty and Ice service this year (if it is not expensive).

Same deal as last year. Open to all but it is pay to play. 30 cars total

First 16 people to confirm "IN for Parades" get the sweet 16 spots. This has the following stipulations:

• $100.00 fee (for RV and food costs etc)
• Commit to attendance at the track both Thursday from 3:30pm until release and Sunday from 7am until release
• Commit to decal program
• Clean car free of damage, primer, other marketing (day of parades). No rollbars or cages. Must have tonneau cover ( I own two and will let people borrow them)
• Car extremely clean and detailed day of parades
• Absolutely no horseplay on track, parade and PLEASE be respectful while decaled
• Submit all required information about you and car (this is a security precaution and mandatory)
• Understand you may cut last minute or roll empty during either parade (this has happened the past two years)
• Must contact me ASAP if you cannot make either event. No call/shows will be banned from future sign ups unless you are dead or in jail, lol Just get in touch with me

• $50.00 fee (for RV and food costs etc)
• Possible bump up to parades so let me know your availability for those days
• Commit to decal program
• Submit all required information about you and car (this is a security precaution and mandatory)
• Clean car free of damage, primer, etc.

Paul has pretty much confirmed that LHT is in for decal day at their shop. I can confirm that we should be able to grill out there if i can get the "Marchini Mobile" for that day

More info on all things coming soon. Tickets passes and arrangements are going to be the same as years past. I will outline that fully on the INFO THREAD i will be creating.
