Default Dammit! Flaking paint!

Well this morning i saw flaking paint where the headlights are. I knew the front had been repainted ..but damm! at least they could have done it right!
Is there any way to stop this? other than getting the front piece repainted?

My .02 is probably not. If it were me I would go to Kuhn Collision on Florida Ave. and get that sucker shot. They have never done anything but great work for me.
